The supplier must offer the whole. Partial offers are not accepted. Alternative offers are not accepted. Details of this package and the tendering requirements can be found in Annex 1 to this invitation to tender, which sets out the minimum and quality requirements for the services to be provided.

The offer can be submitted as a group or with subcontractors. In this case, the references are also accepted jointly from the group or subcontractors. The groupings shall designate one official tenderer who is legally responsible for the offer in the direction of the Subscriber.

The procurement complies with the Procurement Act. The procedure is an open procedure above the EU threshold.

The tender documents are in Finnish and the offer must be issued in Finnish.
