1. The subject of the order “Receipt and development of municipal waste from the Municipality of Niemodlin” is the implementation of the service of receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited property in the Municipality of Niemodlin and the equipment of containers, export of waste and maintenance of PSZOK.
2. A detailed description and scope of the object of the order, including the location of the container setting, their number and frequency of export shall be the following annexes to the SWZ:
1. Description of the object of the contract with the annexes, which is Annex 10 to the SWZ, together with Annexes Nos 1,2,3 and 4 to the OPZ,
2. Designed provisions of the contract — annex 9 to the SWZ.
3. The subject of the contract also covers all the work and obligations of the contractor listed in the OPZ and in the proposed contractual provisions which are annexes to the SWZ.
