The Contracting Authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements for the hire of personnel in 10 different disciplines, in order to carry out maintenance assignments on the Norwegian Armed Forces' vessels. There is a need for personnel who can supplement the Norwegian Armed Forces' employees, in order to ensure capacity and competence for maintenance assignments.
