The Department is seeking tenders from interested parties for the provision of:

1) A marginal abatement cost curve and report to identify least cost 2050 decarbonisation pathways for Ireland, including Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050;

2) A marginal abatement cost curve and report to identify the abatement potential of circular economy (including bioeconomy) activities; and

3) Assistance in the development of a pilot aggregated retrofitting model for Ireland.
