This consultation concerns the maintenance and servicing of digital equipment and connected control computers, the Nîmes Métropole Agglomeration Community and the member entities of the central purchasing body. The types of interactive digital equipment are as follows:- Interactive Whiteboards- Interactive Digital Screens which will eventually replace the Tbi.This framework agreement mainly concerns:-Assistance relating to hardware failures or software malfunctions on the control computer.Maintenance assistance will cover the entire installed solution, i.e. the digital equipment and the connected control computer.within the framework of this consultation, the central purchasing MERCATURA acts as contracting authority.the present contract is awarded according to an adapted procedure, in application of articles R2123-1-1 °, R2123-4 and R2123-5 of the Public Order Code
