Bergen municipality shall construct a new school building situated at Tunesflaten, the Ytrebygda district, Steinsvikvegen 296, 5237 Rådal, land number 120, title number 5. The property owner is Bergen municipality The school shall be constructed in 3 floors, with technical installation on the roof. The total area is approx. 21 800 m². The sixth and seventh grades shall be situated in this building. The school shall mainly be constructed by using pre-fabricated barrack modules and have the capacity for 200 pupils and 25 employees. The school shall be in operation after Easter 2018. The project shall be carried out as an engineering, procurement and construction contract based on the attached tender documentation. The assignment includes engineering design, delivery and assembly of the school and accompanying facilities. The school can be adapted to the supplier's modules when preparing the work drawings under the management of the turnkey contractor, but this must not deviate significantly from the contracting authority's proposal for the main form and location/size of the rooms and its functions.
