Delivery of licenses for Microsoft standard software packages with the right to upgrade to the latest versions (Software Assurance) within 36 months from the date of delivery and Microsoft Standard Services subscription packages within 36 months from the date of delivery or delivery of standard software packages with the right to upgrade to the latest versions (software assurance) within 36 months from the date of delivery and subscription packages of standard services equivalent to Microsoft packages within 36 months from the date of delivery.

1. Delivery of licenses for Microsoft standard software packages with the right to upgrade to the latest versions (Software Assurance) within 36 months from the date of delivery and Microsoft Standard Services subscription packages within 36 months from the date of delivery or delivery of standard software packages with the right to upgrade to the latest versions (software assurance) within 36 months from the date of delivery and subscription packages of standard services equivalent to Microsoft packages within 36 months from the date of delivery:

1.1. Delivery of Microsoft standard software packages with the right to update to the latest versions (Software Assurance) within 36 months from the date of delivery and Microsoft standard service subscription packages within 36 months from the date of delivery, in accordance with Appendix 2a to the SWZ "Price form with description of the subject of the order and meeting the requirements (Annex No. 1 to the Agreement)" and under the conditions specified in the "Model Agreement" (Annex No. 6a to the GTC) or

1.2. Delivery of standard software packages with the right to update to the latest versions (software assurance) within 36 months from the date of delivery and standard service subscription packages equivalent to Microsoft packages within 36 months from the date of delivery, in accordance with Appendix No. 2b to the SWZ "Price form with description of the subject of the contract and meeting the equivalence requirements (Annex No. 1 to the Agreement)" and under the conditions specified in the "Model contract for equivalent software" (Annex 6b to the WSZ).
