The subject of the contract is the service of successive collection and management of waste code ex 19 12 12 - other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 (overhead fraction) in the amount of 15,000 Mg / year.
Waste will be collected in two parts - packages:
- Lot 1 of the order (package I) - 7,500 Mg
- Lot 2 of the order (package II) - 7,500 Mg
1. The public procurement covers waste resulting from the mechanical treatment of municipal waste, on a 80 mm sieve (sieve fraction) and subjected to manual sorting.
a. Waste is subjected to magnetic separation.
b. Waste is compressed (waste from a press container).
c. Waste storage areas are roofed.
2. On a sorting line, at separate technological nodes, mixed municipal waste and waste from selective municipal waste collection are processed.

1. The public procurement covers waste resulting from the mechanical treatment of municipal waste, on a 80 mm sieve (sieve fraction) and subjected to manual sorting.
a. Waste is subjected to magnetic separation.
b. Waste is compressed (waste from a press container).
c. Waste storage areas are roofed.
2. On a sorting line, at separate technological nodes, mixed municipal waste and waste from selective municipal waste collection are processed.
3. Transport of waste by the Contractor, at his expense, also in terms of transport costs, insurance during transport and unloading.
4. The Employer has six press containers: Model PC 6500, capacity 32 m3, for the press (stationary compactor) model KPHS 1900.
5. The Employer allows partial collection of waste by self-dumping vehicles. In this case, the Employer provides for the possibility of collecting waste in bulk.
6. The contractor is obliged to organize waste collection in a manner ensuring the continuity of work in the sorting line or to provide additional press containers in an amount ensuring continuity of work on the sorting line. Estimated amount of waste generated during one work day: approx. 100 Mg.
7. Implementation of the service on business days during the establishment's working hours.
8. For packages I and II, total: amount of waste to be managed during the contract period, daily amount of waste generated on the sorting line and monthly amount of waste sent for disposal, may be increased or decreased by a maximum of 30%.
9. If the amount of waste delivered during the term of the contract is less than the amount presented in the description, the Employer has the right to withdraw from further waste delivery without any financial consequences or compensation to the Contractor.
10. The Ordering Party reserves that due to the direct production of waste ex 19 12 12 from municipal waste supplied on an ongoing basis, it is not possible to specify the quantity, quality and morphological parameters of waste guaranteed by the Employer provided to the Contractor under this contract. Therefore, the Contractor may not make any claims against the Employer in this respect. It is recommended that the Contractor before submitting the offer inspect the waste being the subject of the contract at the Employer's installation on business days from 700 to 1500 after prior appointment with the Employer.
11. The weighing of waste will take place on the verified weight of the Employer and will be each time confirmed by proof of weighing. The document will constitute the basis for invoicing by the Contractor.
12. The Contractor shall accept waste from the Employer in a successive manner in accordance with the Employer's needs.
13. The Contractor shall guarantee collection and acceptance of waste in an amount of at least 1500 Mg / month.
14. At the time the waste is transferred by the Employer to the Contractor, the Contractor shall assume responsibility for the waste taken over and its proper handling, as well as the consequences resulting therefrom.
15. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Employer with written information on the manner of managing the collected waste.
