INTEGRATED CONTRACT FOR THE AWARD OF A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE EXECUTIVE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MODERNIZATION AND UPGRADING WORKS OF THE BOVISA NODE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MILAN.

The contract is not divided into lots as the planned works are all dependent on each other and technically it is not possible to carry them out separately.

Base amount of the tender: € 110,589,607.19 of which € 108,462,466.86 for works (€ 108,242,904.45 per body and € 219,562.41 per measure), € 1,226,887.02 for security charges not subject to auction discount and € 900,253.31 for design charges.

The estimated cost of labor included in the amount of work is € 16,649,855.11.

Estimated amount Application Contracts:

a) First Application (Infrastructural upgrading of the Bovisa node): € 87,987,031.62 of which:

• € 86,292,918.60 for body work;

• € 219,562.41 for custom-made works;

• € 708,945.55 for design charges;

• € 765,605.06 for security charges not subject to auction discount.

The estimated cost of labor included in the amount of the work of the first application is € 13,567,189.08.

b) Second Application (Extension of the passenger building): € 13,353,125.37 of which:

• € 12.932.685,25 for body work

• € 152,676.36 for design charges

• € 267,763.76 for security charges not subject to auction discount

The estimated cost of labor included in the amount of the work of the second application is € 2,121,582.45.

c) Third Application (Photovoltaic System): € 9,249,450.20 of which:

• € 9.017.300,60 for body work

• € 38,631.40 for design charges

• € 193,518.20 for security charges not subject to auction discount

The estimated cost of labor included in the amount of work of the third application is € 961,083.58.

Framework Agreement Duration: 4 years from the date of signature.

First Application Contract Duration: 1215 natural and consecutive days, of which:

• Executive design: 120 natural and consecutive days from the date of the service order to start the design;

• Execution of the works: 1095 natural and consecutive days from the date of the report of delivery of the works.

Duration according to Application Contract: 740 natural and consecutive days, of which:

• Executive design: 90 natural and consecutive days from the date of the service order to start the design;

• Execution of the works: 650 natural and consecutive days from the date of the report of delivery of the works.

Third Application Contract Duration: 180 natural and consecutive days, of which:

• Executive design: 60 natural and consecutive days from the date of the service order to start the design;

• Execution of the works: 120 natural and consecutive days from the date of the report of delivery of the works.
