The purpose of this contract is to acquire cleaning services for premises and windows as well as supplies necessary for cleaning such as mainly environmentally friendly products and maintenance equipment.

In the context of this contract, the tenderer wishes to strengthen social cohesion and sustainable development by carrying out a training, integration or socio-professional integration effort. The successful tenderers of the contract will therefore be obliged to comply with Annex XI - Social Clause and to comply with it throughout the duration of the contract.

For this contract, within 60 calendar days of notification of the award of the contract, the successful tenderer must contact the PFI advisers of Le Forem in order to begin the procedure of hiring one or more PFI trainees.

A minimum of 160 hours/year of training is required for this market.
