The subject of the order are architectural and engineering services according to the current version of the HOAI for planning a traffic system from service phase 3. The system is to be planned and built in accordance with the current state of the art and the relevant regulations.

The engineering structures for rain drainage and technical equipment for street lighting are also part of the planning. In addition, any advisory services required for geotechnical engineering (subsoil investigation) and engineering surveying (planning and construction surveying) are also provided.

A road free of construction is to be planned between the K 7117 (Südstraße) at the eastern connection and the K 7162 (Dresdener Chaussee) at the western connection on the former railway line with a length of approx. 915 m.

The road runs on a ramp with an approx. 12 m gradient up to the K 7162. For this, a dam is required.

The basis for the alignment and lane widths are the stipulations of the development plan No. 95 of the city of Spremberg, based on the present LP 2 planning. Deviating from the LP 2 planning documents, a combined cycle-sidewalk must also be planned along the street.

The existing media inventory in the route can be seen in the inventory plans enclosed with the tender. Any necessary relocations or securing of lines must be coordinated with the media carrier and the corresponding measures planned.
