Conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of notebooks

Conclusion of a framework agreement with a company for the supply of notebooks. The aim of this tender is to ensure the supply of notebooks on demand for a period of 36 months (basic term) from the award of the contract and an option term of up to a further 12 months. However, there is no obligation on the part of the client to purchase a certain quantity. The local framework agreement is concluded on the basis of the bidder's offer and the contract awarded thereupon by the contracting authority.

The calculation is based on the following estimates:

- 140 standard notebooks (display size 15.0" to 16.0") - of which approx. 60% in the basic configuration and approx. 40% in the power configuration

- 60 SUB notebooks (display size 12.5" to 13.3") - of which approx. 98% in the basic configuration and approx. 2% in the power configuration

Contract years 2 and 3: per contract year

- 140 standard notebooks (display size 15.0" to 16.0") - of which approx. 95% in the basic configuration and approx. 5% in the power configuration

- 60 SUB notebooks (display size 12.5" to 13.3") - of which approx. 98% in the basic configuration and approx. 2% in the power configuration

Optionslaufzeit - Vertragsjahr 4:

- 80 standard notebooks (display size 15.0" to 16.0") - of which approx. 95% in the basic configuration and approx. 5% in the power configuration

- 20 SUB notebooks (display size 12.5" to 13.3") - of which approx. 98% in the basic configuration and approx. 2% in the power configuration

Over the entire term, the maximum purchase quantity is 500 standard notebooks and 200 SUB notebooks.
