The government has put forth proposals for legislative amendments that involve new provisions in the regulations for the recruitment and hiring of labour from staffing companies. The purpose of the assignment is to map the effects of new regulations on hiring from staffing companies and to assess the effects the changes have on employees, businesses, the labour market and society at large.

The assignment duration is from contract entry in 2022 to handover of the final report 30 November 2026, and has a combined limit of NOK 3 million excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
