The deadline for the performance of the subject of the contract from the date of signing the contract to 31 July 2020 or earlier when the contracted quantity / net value of the subject of the contract has been exhausted. In a situation where, despite the expiry of the period for which the contract was concluded, the entire net contract value has not been used. Waste intended for further use arises from the processing of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01) and waste with codes 15 01 06, 17 01 07, 17 09 04, 20 01 01, 20 01 02, 20 01 39, 20 03 03, 20 03 07 by processing them on the sorting line of the reloading station together with the sorting plant in Działdowo which is part of the municipal installation.
Waste after passing through the initial cabin, in which waste is selected that may interfere with the further sorting process, e.g. waste of larger dimensions in the form of: plastics (bags, films), paper and cardboard (cartons), waste electrical and electronic equipment, wood, metal elements and glass waste are sent to a two-zone rotary screen with mesh sizes up to 20 mm and 80 mm, on which the fractions are separated.
The overload fraction from which the waste subject to the order is generated is sent to a sorting booth. In the sorting cabin, the waste goes to the sorting table, where qualified employees manually sort the waste of recyclable nature. The entire waste sorting process in the sorting cabin is carried out manually, which ensures high quality and purity of the obtained secondary raw materials. Recycled waste collected selectively, such as plastics or waste paper delivered to the reloading station together with the sorting plant in Działdowo goes to the sorting table bypassing the rotary screen.
After passing through the manual sorting cabin, high-calorific waste, which is the subject of the order, remains.
The composition of the waste being the subject of the order is primarily plastic waste in the amount of about 90–95% and paper in the amount of about 5–10%. The composition of the waste may change depending on the morphology of the waste delivered to the transhipment station together with the sorting plant in Działdowo. The waste generated after the processing process, code 19 12 12, which is the subject of the order, is baled on the press in the form of cubes measuring approx. 90 x W 110 x H 85 cm, bound permanently with 3.0 mm thick wire. The average weight of one bale of waste is about 400-500 kg.
The contracting authority, in connection with the planned modernization of the sorting line, also allows the possibility of collecting and further managing waste with the code 19 12 12 in bulk without baling. The planned date of commencing modernization is April 2020.
