Due to the 8-lane expansion of the A 3 and the 6-lane expansion of the A 40, the conversion of the AK Kaiserberg with several crossing and overpass structures is necessary.

In the area of the motorway junction, additional lanes are integrated by integrating the inlet and outlet branches, so that ten lanes have to be transferred in the area of the intersection structures in the course of the A3 via the A 40. For this purpose, all bridge structures must be renewed - including the overpass structure of the A3 over 8 highly frequented tracks of the DB.

It is a planning concept for the necessary cable laying in the railway area both as a temporary state to bypass the construction area when demolition of the old building, in the case of

Foundation, shoring, formwork and concreting work, as well as for the final state after production of the replacement new building.

For the planning services provided in this contract, the tender documents are also to be prepared.

The scope of the service is based on the work phases 1 to 6 of the HOAI.

The following services are to be covered in the course of this order:

1.) Preparation of tender documents for the cable laying in construction and final condition, including the necessary search shafts for underground cables

2.) Examination of the necessary blocking breaks. The effects of any necessary cutting and grinding of the cables must also be taken into account.

3.) Coordination of the required work with DB's specialist services including appropriate inspections and project meetings

4.) Obtaining permits to carry out the work at DB Netz AG and, if necessary, Third (shaft notes)

5.) Preparation of execution documents for cable temporaries

6.) Investigation whether multiple relocation may be required depending on the construction process

7.) Preparation of execution documents for final installation in a new location after the bridge construction work is completed

8.) Participation in project meetings of the entire project (only with regard to DB cable technology concerns)

9.) Preliminary determination of the costs of laying the cables
