Hertfordshire County Council is seeking a contractor to provide property management services, including strategic advice and day-to-day management of the estate, with an estimated total contract value of £11,900,000.00, extending up to seven years.
HCC - 08/24 - The Provision of Property Management Services. Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of Property Management Services.Further information in regards to this opportunity can be found in II.2.4 and VI.3 below. The estimated total value of the Contract is stated in II.1.5 of this notice and is for initial term inclusive of the approximate value for extension.
Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of Property Management ServicesThe Council is seeking to work with a Contractor who will lead in the property management of the Estate and the delivery of the Council’s strategic direction for the Estate. The Contractor will provide strategic and day to day advice to the Council in its ongoing stewardship of the Estate and will self-commission core services in the delivery of this direction within the parameters of the specified services and fixed prices. This procurement is an open process.
