Due to the future higher use, the outdoor facilities will have to be adapted. An increase in the parking space potential (approx. 40-50 parking spaces) and the development above the IBA terraces are considered. In addition, the redesign of the entire open-air system, in particular with regard to the access and linking of the new objects to be created (lots 1-3) and the existing buildings, must be considered.

The subject of the services advertised here are planning services for the conversion and expansion of the outdoor facilities on the IBA Terraces Campus.

Services according to HOAI 2013, § 39 outdoor facilities, service phases 1-9:

- basic determination,

- pre-planning,

- design planning,

- approval planning,

- execution planning,

- preparation of the award,

- property surveillance,

- property management.

Special / additional services are not recognizable from today's perspective. If these are considered necessary by the bidder, they must be named accordingly in the offer. The results of the planning service as well as the documentation of the monitoring service are to be handed over after completion of the respective service phase, in duplicate and in digital form (PDF and .dwg format).
