Authorities invites expressions of interest for consideration

for a tender to carry out the function and role of Technical

lead and to manage a small team of local authority staff in

restructuring and recalibrating a minimum of 4 percent of the

existing suite of water distribution networks models in year

one; 8 per cent in years 2 and 3.
