The tender shall relate to the procurement of Surveyor's services to all contracting companies, unless otherwise specified in section 4.1 of the Framework Agreement. For more detail of the benefits offered, including the minimum requirements to meet, please refer to the requirements specification (Annex 2) and the list of offers, TAG (Annexes 3 and 3.1), as well as any corrections and answers to questions. As a starting point, the Framework Agreement is drawn up for services carried out on existing installations and obligatory for contracting entities on these services unless there is a total construction task see below. Option: Contracting entities may choose to use this Framework Agreement on new plants thus have the requirements specification, TAG and TBL elements that have been prepared in relation to requirements and tenders for these services. Reservations: To the extent that the benefit is part of a total construction task, contracting entities reserve the right to offer it as an independent tender or as part of the overall construction task. Where appropriate, the benefit in question will not be covered by this Framework Agreement, which is concluded on the basis of the present tender. There may be an option or reservation applicable only to the individual company, in which case this will be specifically described in the Company Specific Annex - Annex 4 and will take precedence over tender terms, requirements specification, TAG and TBL. Expected annual volume for this contract is estimated at 3 million. DKK. The outcome of the present tender business, as well as the actual operating situation, may give rise to changes. - Negotiation with lodged owners for the conclusion of agreements on civil engineering, land registration and substitutes.
- Matricular works under the law on surveyor business.
- Measurement of conditions for improving the existing data base of supplies according to relevant information.
- the measurement of new installations according to the registration instructions or equivalent requirements of the supplies.
- 3D scanning as well as subsequent modelling of data.
- Drone surveying incl. preparation and computing.
- Declarations, Land Registration, deeds o.
- Surveying existing wastewater and district heating systems:
- Surveying wells, bottom cots, cover cones, terrain cones
- Basin, construction works
- Flat ivellements
- Pumping stations
- Wires
- Cracks, branch pipes, crossing wires. (continuous measurements during construction worker execution)
- Land Registration
- Procurement for expropriations
- Sleeds
- Verification of drop-off data
- Data from the surveyor to the companies system
- Acute unscheduled tasks
- Surveying and outlet tasks including unreporting.
