The technical characteristics of the supplies must meet the requirements defined by the CCP. The contract is subject to the provisions of articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code. This consultation will be carried out in application of R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the public order code relating to framework agreements. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum or maximum with a single beneficiary per lot. The consultation includes nine lots.
