The Eimsbütteler Turnverband e. V. (ETV) intends to build a new building for a multifunctional sports center in the city of Hamburg at Lokstedter Steindamm 75/77, 22529 Hamburg as a solid construction. The new building is classified in building class 5.

The building includes a multifunctional sports center with a field hall, bouldering hall, a restaurant, various gymnastics, spa and administrative rooms as well as a day care and underground parking.

The call contains the services for building automation.

Automation systems consisting of the following field devices, 37 pcs. Sensors, 10 counters and 15 ventilators as well as one automation station BACnet consisting of 345 pcs. Automation station hardware or 10 pcs. Binary output, 25 pcs. Analogue output, 265 pcs. Binary input, 33 pcs. Analogue input and 14 pcs. Counter inputs.

The power units are in 3 pcs. Cabinets provided in which also the 164 pcs. BSK flap connections are made.

Furthermore, a web server is planned as an operating and visualization concept.

The cabling and installation will take about 13 km.
