In accordance with the terms and conditions of these special specifications, the successful tenderer undertakes, vis-à-vis the contracting authority, to provide translation services, from source texts in French, Dutch or English, into the following languages:

• source text in French to be translated into Dutch;

• source text in French to be translated into English;

• source text in Dutch to be translated into French;

• source text in Dutch to be translated into English;

• source text in English to be translated into French;

• source text in English to be translated into Dutch.
