The city of Sint-Truiden wishes to appoint a construction team for the design, construction and operation (optional) of the sports site Hemelrijk in Brustem.

The assignment includes the development and construction of a sports site Hemelrijk with

- two artificial grass pitches,

- an indoor and outdoor petanque area/archery field,

- a training ground for the dog school,

- a Finnish piste,

- a cafeteria with a multipurpose room,

- an underground shooting club and

- the necessary sanitary and logistical facilities and environmental operation so that the whole is optimally integrated spatially;

maintenance both technically and physically (optional) and operation (optional).
