These are public contracts awarded by open tender pursuant to articles R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the CCP. Pursuant also to Articles R. 2172-35 to R. 2172-38 of the CCP, namely the obligation to take into account the energy and environmental impacts of motor vehicles over their entire life, by setting technical specifications relating to the energy and environmental performance of these vehicles, formulated by reference to standard in force Euro 6 and in accordance with articles R. 2111-4 to R. 2111-11 of the CCP. The services are divided into 28 lots processed in separate markets. The duration of execution of contracts shall be a maximum of twelve months from the notification of unauthorised variants.
