The subject of the order is the supply of frozen vegetables, fruits, flour products, ice cream for CRR KRUS NIWA as defined in Annex No 1A to SIWZ - Order assortment - Spreadsheet specifying the price of the offer and in Annex 1 to SIWZ - Offer Form. The specific requirements and obligations of the Contractor related to the execution of the object of the contract are included in the contents of the SWZ and in the contents of the Project Agreement forming an integral part of it. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders. The subject matter of this proceeding shall be a separate part of the procurement of CRR KRUS NIWA with groceries falling within the term 'similar deliveries' referred to in Article 30 (2) of the Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks relating to the work of the arrangement and installation, as part of the supply contract.
