1.The object of the order is: “Non-cash purchase of liquid fuels for business vehicles of the Municipality of Sosnowiec and municipal organizational units and municipal companies of the municipality”

2. The fuels which are the subject of the order will be refuelled (depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party) directly into the tanks of vehicles/equipment (e.g. into canisters, barrels) described with the registration/inventory number at the time of arrival of the representative of the Ordering Party at the service station. Refuelling will take place at a service station that meets the condition for participation in the procedure described in Chapter III, Section 1, Section 1.2, Item 4) of the Terms of Reference and at any other service station of the Contractor.

3. Deadline for the completion of the order: 24 months, from the date of conclusion of the contracts, but not earlier than from 03.01.2024.

1. The subject of the contract is: "Cashless purchase of liquid fuels for company vehicles of the Municipality of Sosnowiec and municipal organizational units and municipal companies of the municipality"

2. During the term of the agreement, the Contracting Authority expects to purchase the following types of liquid fuel in the following quantities:

2.1. Gmina Sosnowiec- Miasto on the rights of the district:

2.1.1. diesel oil up to 4 000 litres;

2.1.2. unleaded petrol Pb 95 – up to 9 000 litres;

2.2. Social Assistance House No. 2:

2.2.1. diesel fuel up to 1 800 litres;

2.2.2. unleaded petrol Pb 95- up to 150 litres;

2.3. Sosnowieckie Waterworks Joint Stock Company:

2.3.1. diesel oil up to 300 000 litres;

2.3.2. Pb 95- unleaded petrol up to 40 000 litres.

2.4. Social Assistance House No 1:

2.4.1. diesel oil up to 2 800 litres;

2.5. Theatre of the Basin:

2.5.1. diesel diesel fuel up to 5 400 litres;

2.6. Municipal Local Resources Department:

2.6.1. diesel oil up to 32 000 litres;

2.6.2. unleaded petrol Pb 95 – up to 6 000 litres;

2.7. Sosnowiec Municipal Guard:

2.7.1. unleaded petrol Pb 95 – up to 24 000 litres;

2.8. Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre

2.8.1. diesel oil up to 49 800 litres;

2.8.2. unleaded petrol Pb 95 – up to 18 020 litres;

2.9. Municipal Department of Municipal Services:

2.9.1. diesel fuel up to 510 000 litres;

2.9.2. unleaded petrol Pb 95 – up to 80 000 litres;

2.10. Social Services and Support Centre:

2.10.1. diesel oil up to 26 100 litres;

2.10.2. unleaded petrol Pb 95 – up to 100 litres;

2.11. WEG - Faculty of Ecology and Waste Management:

2.11.1. Unleaded petrol Pb 95- up to 2 300 litres.

2.12. Shared Services Centre:

2.12.1. unleaded petrol Pb 95 – up to 800 litres;

3. Each of the Contracting Authorities reserves the right not to use the full quantity limit of the subject of the contract specified above without the Contractor having the right to make any claims in this respect.

4. The quantity of fuel is an estimated quantity, while deliveries of the object of the order will be carried out successively, as appropriate, as the respective Orders arising from the current use of vehicles and equipment. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of changing the quantity of litres of individual fuels while maintaining the limit value of the contract amount Such a change does not require an annex to the contract.

5. Purchases will be made in a cashless system using fuel cards

with the range of implementation in the territory of the Republic of Poland:

a. issued in the name of an employee of a given Ordering Party,

b. issued in the name of the vehicle registration number,

c. issued to the inventory number of the equipment

d. issued to the bearer - the company's card.
