The object of the order is the purchase of electricity for the collection points belonging to the City of Poznań, its organizational units and other entities belonging to the purchasing group

1) The object of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the collection points belonging to the City of Poznań, its organizational units and other entities belonging to the purchasing group - a total of 64 entities.

2) The order includes the sale of energy to units of the City of Poznań and entities collecting electricity (in accordance with Annex 2 to SIWZ) and the purchase of electricity generated at the Ordering Power Station and introduced into the electricity grid of the DSO.

3. A detailed description of the conditions for the execution of the subject of the contract shall contain the templates of the contracts as annexes No 4-67 to the SWZ
