The objective of this contract is to carry out the development works of the public spaces of the Reflets-Iris district in connection with the Aurore 2 real estate transaction, on the territory of the city of Courbevoie located in the heart of the business district of La Defense.

The owner of the lot will be responsible for public lighting works, as part of the project to develop public spaces in the Reflets-Iris district in connection with the Aurore 2 real estate transaction.

The owner of the lot will be responsible for the works of green spaces, as part of the project for the development of public spaces in the Reflets-Iris district in connection with the Aurore 2 real estate transaction.

The owner of the lot will be responsible for dressing, metalwork and locksmith work, as part of the project to develop public spaces in the Reflets-Iris district in connection with the Aurore 2 real estate transaction.
