Øygarden kommune will need to lease approximately 17 vehicles, but wants flexibility to change this number during the framework agreement period. The Contracting Authority will need several different types of vehicles, depending on the area of use and the capability of the mode of transport. Distribution of the different types of vehicles could be as follows:

— 7 to 10 Small goods vans;

— 2 to 3 Small goods vans with 4WD;

— 1 to 2 Medium sized passenger vehicles (5 seats);

— 1 to 2 Medium sized 4WD passenger vehicles (5 seats);

— 1 to 2 Large 4WD passenger vehicles (7 seats);

— 0 to 1 Large goods van with cargo lift;

— 0 to 1 Large goods van without cargo lift.

NB: the volume is only an estimate and the Contracting Authority has the right to choose the offered models that they believe best suit the purpose.

Furthermore, the Contracting Authority wants tender offers on fleet management of the vehicle fleet.

The Contracting Authority will also need a run through/training in connection with hand over of the vehicle fleet.

The expected driving distance will be 25 000 km per vehicle per year.
