The Assignment relates to the supply of De-icing Resources at various Support Points in the Client's acreage. The tender is not divided into lots. The aim is to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum duration of four years with one tenderer. For the Spreading Season 2023 – 2024, a minimum purchase obligation of 2,000 tons of road salt applies. The maximum purchase for this spreading season is 5,000 tons. Tenderer must base his prices for the Sprinkle Season 2023 - 2024 and other years on this. The Strategic Stock shall be 3,000 tonnes and shall be available no later than one month after the commencement of the Agreement.
The Province has set the ambition that the assignment will be carried out sustainably, in accordance with the set requirements and within the set frameworks and financial possibilities.
