The supplier must, among other things, correct code errors, adapt code as a result of new versions of internal and external integrations, including against common public components, perform configuration management, upgrade application platforms, basic software, frameworks, etc., improve code quality and optimize performance

3)- Development of Case Management System for Property Registration, including, for example, further developing existing functions and adapting existing screens in both frontend and backend and in both Windows forms and in web, as well as developing new functions and new screens, e.g. developing a completely new signing module so that case parties can upload and sign case documents directly in the Case Management System for Property Registration.
