The subject of the contract are services related to maintaining cleanliness and order in the Łomianki commune and services related to maintaining cleanliness and order in the City Park at the Fabryczny Lake in Łomianki.

1.The subject of the contract in Part I are services related to maintaining cleanliness and order in the łomianki commune, including:

1) Emptying of street baskets and playgrounds in the łomianki commune (the list of baskets is attached as Annex 1 to the description of the subject of the contract)

2) Cleaning of bus stops in the municipality of Łomianki (the list of stops is attached as Annex 2 to the description of the subject of the contract)

3) Maintaining cleanliness on main and collective roads (the list of collective roads is attached as Annex 3 to the description of the subject of the contract).

4) Maintaining cleanliness on local roads in the municipality of Łomianki (the list of roads is attached as Annex 4 to the description of the subject of the contract).

5) Cleaning of sand from streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths and parking lots (the list of streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths and parking lots covered by the cleaning is attached as Annex 5 to the description of the subject of the contract), along with export to a legal landfill.

6) Repair, maintenance/renovation, replacement and disposal of used utility objects (i.e. benches)

7) Intervention cleaning of squares, streets before and after ceremonies and mass events according to the indications of the Ordering Party. The Contractor undertakes to take action within a period not longer than indicated in the offer.

8) Removal of posters and notices from boards and advertising poles: once

in the months: January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December; on days 1 to 15 of each month.

9) Cleaning of the jez area. Dziekanowskiego, jez. Pavlovsky with a frequency of once a week;

10) Cleaning of the ferry crossing with a frequency of once a week in the months of May - September.

11) Other intervention cleaning works indicated by the Ordering Party. The Contractor undertakes to take action within a period not longer than indicated in the offer.

A detailed description and method of execution of the order is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order Part I constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

2. The subject of the contract in Part II are services related to cleaning

and order in the City Park at the Fabryczny Lake in Łomianki.

1) Plot summary:

The total area of the park – 56.270,00 m2, including:

a) area under water - 28.509,00 m2

b) green areas with natural undergrowth – 21,996.90 m

c) openwork concrete surface (parking at Wiślana Street) – 916.53 m2

d) poured concrete surface (pavements and paths) and composite surface (footbridge

and observation deck) – 3048,85 m2

e) asphalt surface (bicycle track) – 234.48 m2

f) temporary surface (pavement made of concrete cubes) – 44 m2

g) wooden surface (auditorium at the Valley of Mists) – 86 m2

h) grit surface (gym and street workout) – 699.68 m2

i) sand surface (playground) – 734,56 m2

2) Scope of work:

Emptying trash cans:

a) bins for separately collected waste: 15 sets of bins of 3 chambers

b) baskets for dog droppings – 2 pcs.

c) daily emptying of bins until 07:00,

d) cleaning garbage scattered at the bins,

e) maintenance of baskets – washing 1 time per month,

The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase the number of baskets by no more than 20% during the calendar year, depending on current needs.

3) Maintaining cleanliness in the Park:

a) daily cleaning of solid waste from the entire park and its disposal to legal landfills,

b) ongoing disposal of all waste from green areas, paved surfaces, lake shores and in particular: small municipal waste (e.g. cigarette butts, caps, bottles, papers, etc.), branches, and other waste,

c) ongoing collection of garbage around the shores of Lake Fabryczny and cleaning of canals,

d) cleaning sand, leaves (sweeping) from sidewalks, bicycle paths, wooden surfaces and parking: in the months: April, May, June, July, August, September, October; with a frequency of min. 2 times a week,

(e) sweeping shall cover the site of:

• in the case of sidewalks – the entire surface of sidewalks,

• in the case of bicycle paths – the entire surface of bicycle paths,

• in the case of car parks – the entire area of car parks,

• in the case of wooden surfaces – the entire wooden surface.

f) ongoing maintenance of the dog run at the parking lot at Wiślana Street – daily cleaning of waste.

g) ongoing maintenance of cleanliness around the artificial pond of the so-called "Valley of mists" – removal of all municipal waste and leaves from gabions filled with stone and glass gabions and from the surface of the water.

h) intervention cleaning of the park area before and after mass events

according to the ordering party's instructions.

i) other intervention cleaning works indicated by the Ordering Party. The Contractor undertakes to take action within a period not longer than indicated in the offer.
