This contract covers the purchase, installation and warranty for one year of accounting software, the renewal of licenses and corrective support as well as daily scalable support for a maximum period of 8 years.

The market is made up of three parts:

• The purchase and installation of accounting software, which absolutely must be executed within 24 calendar months following the award of the contract;

• Licenses and corrective support are renewed annually. Renewal takes place annually for a maximum of seven years;

• The scalable support per man-day will be used for up to 200 days over eight years.
