Viewpoint Housing Association require the service wiof regular Grounds Maintenance of grassed areas, rough grassed areas, shrub beds, isolated trees and woodland in accordance with the maintenance schedule (Priced Section).

Generally, the service will comprise the regular Grounds Maintenance of grassed areas, rough grassed areas, shrub beds, isolated trees and woodland in accordance with the maintenance schedule (Priced Section). The contract period will be from March to October annually for each year of the contract.

VHA wishes to enter into Measured Term Contract Agreements (MTCA) with suitably qualified and experienced contractors in the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services for the Lots & Areas detailed below.
