Proposed Contract for Domestic Property and Communal Electrical Testing, Remedials and Rewires and Domestic Property and Communal Electrical Responsive Repairs

Lot 1

Redditch Borough Council (The Authority) is seeking to award two contracts for electrical inspection, testing, remedials and rewires.

The contracts will be split into two geographical areas.

• East and West

• Areas are defined within Volume 1 – ITT – Appendix 2 – Historical Repairs & Property Information to this ITT

• The two contracts will be awarded to two different service providers.

Lot 2

Redditch Borough Council (The Authority) is seeking to award one contract to one service provider for responsive repairs and TV aerial and satellite system works.
