These are project management and management services

using the BIM method for project stages 1 to 5.

BLB NRW intends to relocate its branch in Duisburg to Oberhausen.

There, the police headquarters at Friedensplatz 2-5, which is currently used by the police and is a listed building, is to be moved into after completion of the renovation and will be used as a modern administration building in the future.

As part of this challenging project, a modern administration based on the New Work philosophy is to be created. The main task of this project is to implement the character of new working environments structurally in compliance with monument law requirements and to obtain the "Silver" certificate according to BNB specifications for architectural monuments and outdoor facilities as part of the core renovation.

The overall project is to be implemented by BLB NRW as the client and future user with the support of an external planning team. It is currently planned to award the construction work to a general contractor, who will enter the project at the beginning of work phase 8. Project management services should include both project control and project management services. Due to the overlapping and the technical dependency / interlocking of the individual planning disciplines, part of the planning services are to be provided by a general planner. Further specialist planning services and expert services are awarded individually.

The project is processed using the BIM method.

Project management and management services based on the AHO (project levels 1 to 5 and areas of action A to E).

In addition to basic services, special services from the AHO performance profile are also commissioned.

With the conclusion of the contract, service level 1 is commissioned directly.

The retrieval of power levels 2 to 5 takes place (gradually) at a later date.

There is no legal entitlement to the retrieval of the other service levels.
