The works in this contract comprises of the upkeep and regular maintenance of communal open space areas for which Abertay Housing association has the responsibility to keep in a neat and tidy condition and to promote and control growth throughout the year in accordance with relevant standards and specifications. This does not generally include any work to private gardens but it may be required in certain cases.

Open procurement.

The assessment of this tender will fall into 2 categories. The first being the ESPD and the second being the price/quality assessment.

The purpose of the ESPD is to allow AHA to determine if the contracting organisations who have expressed an interest in this contract provide the mandatory standard information contained within the attached ESPD.

This price/quality assessment will be assessed on the basis of 60 % quality and 40 % price.
