On the grounds of the University of Bremen, the building complex "Natural Sciences II" (NW2) is to be rebuilt and renovated.
NW2 was established in 1975 for the subjects of Chemistry and Biology (Faculty 2). The building consists of two almost identical blocks (A + B). Block A is to be renovated under the aspects of energy and technical upgrading, whereby contemporary laboratory and office space for research and teaching is to be realized.
In cooperation with Faculty 2 and Department 4 of the university, a spatial and functional program was developed. Specifically, 8 working groups of Faculty 2, which already exist at the University of Bremen, are to be accommodated in the building.
According to a preliminary cost estimate, the construction costs for the entire KG 400 amount to approx. EUR 25.65 million gross, of which approx. EUR 5.85 million is attributable to plant groups 4-6.
The subject of this call for tenders is the specialist planning services for technical equipment (plant groups 4-6). The services of project management, object planning of buildings and other specialist planning services are awarded in separate procedures.
A double application for the technical tender and for project management is not permitted.
- Technical equipment LPH 1 - 2, optionally LPH 3, 5 - 9 in accordance with § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15, Section 15.1 for the following plant groups:
4. high-voltage systems,
5. Telecommunications and information technology systems,
6. Conveyors.

- Cost estimation with the establishment of quantity structures and indication of unit prices as well as a separate presentation of measures relevant to climate protection (special service for LPH 2);
- Preparation of the technical part of a room book (special service for LPH 2);
- Optional: Cost calculation with setting up quantity structures and indication of unit prices as well as separate presentation of climate protection measures (special service for LPH 3);
- Optional: Updating the technical part of the room book (special service for LPH 3);
- Optional: in-depth price check within the framework of LPH 6;
- Optional: Update of the implementation planning up to the existing building in LPH 6-9;
- Optional: Keeping a construction diary according to RLBau (special service to LPH 8);
- optional: Monitor defect elimination for detection on demand (special performance for LPH 9).
