1. The subject of the contract is the supply of light cars for TSO units of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship – 7 pieces – divided into 2 parts

as part of the project "Modern rescue services – purchase of vehicles for TSO units – stage V".

2. The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders.

3. This order is divided into 2 lots:

Part A - delivery of a light off-road car with a 4x4 drive

with a permissible total weight of up to 3500 kg and with a fire-fighting trailer for TSO Więcbork – 1 piece as part of the project "Modern rescue services – purchase of vehicles for TSO units – stage V".

Part B - delivery of light rescue and firefighting cars with 4x4 drive with a permissible total weight of up to 3500 kg for TSO units of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship - 6 pieces as part of the project "Modern rescue services - purchase of vehicles for TSO units - stage V". The list of recipients of the subject of the contract will be provided to the Contractor on the day of signing the contract.
