Fyne Homes are seeking interest for all Landscape Maintenance works in Mid Argyll.

Ground maintenance services to ensure open space and garden areas are maintained to a high standard. The nature of maintenance includes but is not restricted to: Open space, comprising grass areas, shrub beds, trees and hedge rows; Herbicide treatment to control moss and weed growth; Litter removal from gardens and unadopted footpaths and other specified locations.

Works to be carried out between 1st of April and 31st of October annually consisting of 16 fortnightly cycles. Rotas will be issued to Contractor by Fyne Homes and have to be returned filled in on completion of each individual rota. Payments will be subject to these forms being completed and checked by FHL’s representatives.
