Provision of ICT hardware incident, logistics and expertise services.

The purpose of this procurement is the signature of a framework contract for the provision of hardware incident, logistics and expertise services for the ICT individual equipment of the European Parliament and hosted bodies in all the EP sites, buildings and all EP Liaison Offices including Washington DC (USA) and London (UK). Similar services may also be required in temporary locations setups.
