1. The subject of the contract is the extension of the central server room for the needs of the Court of Appeal in Białystok.
2. The subject matter of the order includes:
PART I
1) Delivery of the deduplication device with the necessary SW (software) and HW (hardware) infrastructure
2) Expansion of the currently operated DataDomain 6900 (DD6900) SN CKM01213805203 device with manufacturer's warranty for a minimum period of 36 months
3) Expansion of the currently operated Data Protection Suite for VMWare environment with licenses for 24 physical processors with a manufacturer's warranty for a minimum period of 60 months
PART II
1) Delivery of virtualization servers – 12 pcs. with the manufacturer's warranty for a minimum period of 60 months
2) Expansion of the license of existing Dell VxRAIL cluster nodes - 6 pcs. 2 CPUs and 12 pcs. 1 each
3. A detailed description and method of order execution shall include:
1) Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex 1 to swz;
2) Model contract, constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.

1) Delivery of a deduplication device with the necessary SW (software) and HW (hardware) infrastructure enabling:
- direct replication at least in the following modes: Managed File Replication and MTree Replication, including via WAN with other Data Domain devices
- replication of areas covered by Retention Lock (Governance and Compliance)
- replication in "many-to-one", "one-to-many" and "cascade" modes
- blocking replicated data – ensuring their immutability
- storage of replicated data in encrypted form
together with the manufacturer's warranty for a minimum period of 60 months.
