The Zuiderzeeland Water Board intends to outsource the cleaning services for a period of at least 3 years with 2 times one option of 12 months. This concerns the Waterschapshuis at Lindelaan 20, 8224 KL Lelystad, 2 regional offices (Emmeloord and Larserbos) and the 10 objects purification and pumping stations of the Zuiderzeeland Water Board spread throughout the region.

The aim of the cleaning procurement process 2024 is to conclude an agreement for the Zuiderzeeland Water Board for the cleaning that is in line with the wishes / requirements, "sustainable doing" and the policy of the Zuiderzeeland Water Board. There is also an eye for the use of future innovations to promote the realization of cleaning quality.

This involves performing cleaning maintenance at all locations. A distinction will be made between regular cleaning work, window cleaning and possible on-call work (we assume extra work that is not provided for in a fixed specification).
