FA09 intends to pre-qualify 15 applicants to submit tenders for each of the 4 Framework Agreements for Total Technical Advisory.

FA09 intends to pre-qualify 8 applicants for bids for a framework agreement on the Review of Operation and Maintenance Plans in accordance with the Ordinance on Operation of Public Housing §64.

Contracting entities are administrators of public housing companies whose purpose is to rent, manage, maintain and modernize supported housing. Contracting entities have both floor construction, dense / low construction, point houses, villas etc. in administration and the dwellings are family dwellings and youth / elderly dwellings.
