The new building, which is to be founded on piles, consists of a basement level, the “" platform "” in concrete construction with public use areas and specialist class rooms, as well as two “" point houses "” in timber element construction standing on the platform, which house the general classrooms.

The roof area of the platform will become part of the schoolyard by applying a landscape roof and blends amorphously into the existing topography.

The outer shell of the building consists of facing brickwork in the area of the platform. The two rising point houses are given a light metal façade.
