Point of single contact for employers according to § 185a SGB IX in Rhineland-Palatinate (EAA)

The Points of Single Contact for Employers (EAA) inform, advise and support employers in the training, recruitment and employment of severely disabled people (§ 185a para. 1 SGB IX).

The tasks of the EAA are specified in the "Recommendation of the Federal Association of Integration Offices and Main Welfare Offices (BIH) on the Points of Single Contact for Employers pursuant to Section 185a SGB IX in conjunction with Sections 14 (1) No. 2, 27a (2), 36 Sentence 1 of the Severely Disabled Compensation Levy Ordinance (SchwbAV) in the version of 24 November 2021 and in Section 185a (2) SGB IX. The EAA act on behalf of the Integration Office (InA) (§ 185a para. 5 SGB IX).

Bad Kreuznach

The EAA informs, advises and supports employers in the training, hiring and employment of severely disabled people (§ 185a para. 1 SGB IX).

They have the task of:

- to address employers and to sensitise them to the training, recruitment and employment of severely disabled people,

- to be available to employers as an independent guide for questions regarding the training, recruitment, vocational support and job security of severely disabled people, and

- to support employers in submitting applications to the responsible service providers (§ 185a para. 2 sentence 2 SGB IX).

Kaiserslautern-Pirmasens

The EAA informs, advises and supports employers in the training, hiring and employment of severely disabled people (§ 185a para. 1 SGB IX).

They have the task of:

- to address employers and to sensitise them to the training, recruitment and employment of severely disabled people,

- to be available to employers as an independent guide for questions regarding the training, recruitment, vocational support and job security of severely disabled people, and

- to support employers in submitting applications to the responsible service providers (§ 185a para. 2 sentence 2 SGB IX).

Koblenz Mayen

The EAA informs, advises and supports employers in the training, hiring and employment of severely disabled people (§ 185a para. 1 SGB IX).

They have the task of:

- to address employers and to sensitise them to the training, recruitment and employment of severely disabled people,

- to be available to employers as an independent guide for questions regarding the training, recruitment, vocational support and job security of severely disabled people, and

- to support employers in submitting applications to the responsible service providers (§ 185a para. 2 sentence 2 SGB IX).

The EAA informs, advises and supports employers in the training, hiring and employment of severely disabled people (§ 185a para. 1 SGB IX).

They have the task of:

The EAA informs, advises and supports employers in the training, hiring and employment of severely disabled people (§ 185a para. 1 SGB IX).

They have the task of:

- to be available to employers as an independent guide for questions regarding the training, recruitment, vocational support and job security of severely disabled people, and

The EAA informs, advises and supports employers in the training, hiring and employment of severely disabled people (§ 185a para. 1 SGB IX).

They have the task of:

- to be available to employers as an independent guide for questions regarding the training, recruitment, vocational support and job security of severely disabled people, and
