The city of Berching is planning a replacement new building for the Berching primary and middle school.

The object of this assignment is the services of technical building equipment, plant groups 1 to 3 as well as 7 and 8 in accordance with Part 4, Section 2 and Section 53 et seq. HOAI 2021, service phases 1 to 9.

Since the current primary and middle school (GMS) Berching school building can no longer handle the growing number of students and the existing building no longer meets the spatial requirements of a modern school, the city of Berching has decided on a new replacement building, which is to be realized in several construction phases. The school is intended to meet the future space requirements of 5,666 m² of eligible HNF and also support modern pedagogy spatially. Following the principle of social, social and cultural inclusion and integration, an attractive educational and development space for elementary and middle school students in Berching is to be created and expanded on the school grounds, including its open spaces. It is intended to carry out the measure in stages of construction.
