The object of the contract concerns the assignment of the school transport service of the pupils attending the "Antonio Gramsci" Primary School located in the municipality of Montanaso Lombardo and the 1st grade Secondary School "Ada Blacks" located in the municipality of Lodi, to the relative institutes.

The object of the contract concerns the assignment of the school transport service of the pupils attending the "Antonio Gramsci" Primary School located in the municipality of Montanaso Lombardo and the 1st grade Secondary School "Ada Blacks" located in the municipality of Lodi, to the relative institutes.

The Service must guarantee the transport of pupils from the collection points established by the Contracting Authority to the respective school sites and vice versa, according to the routes and times indicated in the annual transport plan prepared by the Contracting Authority and according to the calendar communicated by the Contracting Authority itself, without prejudice to any changes made by the school authorities and in any case communicated to the Contracting Station. The school transport service, considered an essential service, will be carried out throughout the municipal territory for pupils residing in Montanaso Lombardo (capital, hamlet of Arcagna and farms scattered throughout the municipal territory).
