The contract includes engineering design and the delivery of a complete turnkey school for 300 pupils, including a standard multi-user hall with an activity area of 23*44 m as an integrated part of the school building. An artificial grass field (11-a-side pitch) with lighting. The outside area shall be developed as a part of the project, including roads, car parks and other infrastructure such as water, sewage, electricity and fiber. The contract will be executed as a turnkey contract, NS8407 with a solution proposal.

Note that the tender includes an option for price for a standard multi-user hall with an activity area of 20*25 m as an integrated part of the school building. The option may be relevant if the price is within the budgetary frames decided by the municipal council. Whether or not if the option shall be triggered is subject to the municipal council’s final decision. If the option is triggered, the other hall with a 23*44 m area will be removed from the contract. The works are expected to be initiated after the contract is signed, in 4/5.2018. The completion and formal take-over of the School shall be by 15.10.2019. However, completion is requested ASAP, preferably by 1 October.
