The framework agreement will be used to commission road and construction design and related unspecified expert services between 2024 and 2026.
The framework agreement includes road and construction planning for small road maintenance projects and the procurement of related expert services during 2024–2026.
The framework agreement includes, for example, the following preparation of road plans and subplans of construction plans in accordance with the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency's operating guidelines:
- road engineering design
- transport engineering design;
- structural improvement design
- geotechnical design
- geometric design
- drainage design (including design of underpasses/underpasses and bridge trench pumping stations with electrical design);
- fixed traffic management planning
- construction design of traffic lights;
- road lighting and electrotechnical design
- ympäristösuunnittelu
- carrying out terrain model-based noise calculations,
- design of noise protection (noise barriers, noise barriers) incl. structural design
- Havainnollistaminen
- structural design of structures, equipment and equipment (e.g. fences, road railings, game fences, retaining walls, etc.)
- review of plans and preparation of decision-making;
- in the planning phase, tasks related to the occupational safety of field visits to projects, e.g. Duties of the safety coordinator
- analysis and preparation tasks related to the acquisition of reports and permits pursuant to the Nature Conservation, Environmental Protection and Water Act
In addition, separate tasks related to road and construction design can be ordered through this framework agreement:
- research and development tasks;
- other professional services and ancillary tasks not specified;
In addition, the framework agreement includes separate tasks related to road design, such as geoexpert tasks and other expert tasks related to road design.
The framework contract offer must cover all the above types of plans and tasks.
The road plan and construction plan are drawn up by modelling. In addition to the plan model, plans are also implemented in the traditional form.
The framework agreement is made with four (4) consultants.
During the validity of the framework agreement, individual assignments may also be funded by regional councils, cities and municipalities in the areas of ELY Centres.
